1. Return & Replacement Period

Customers may request a product return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• The item must be new, unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be retained.
• All accessories and the original invoice must be included.
• The item must not have been damaged through misuse.

3. Products That Are Not Eligible

• Products used or damaged by the customer.
• Products that have already been installed or put into operation.
• Products received more than 14 days before the request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

AY Technology states that eligible returns and replacements are free of return shipping and additional return charges within Egypt. Please coordinate the return procedure with our support team before dispatching any product.

5. How to Return an Item

Products may be handed over directly at the company premises or shipped back following coordination with the technical support team.

6. Refund Timing & Method

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. The stated timeframe is 5–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
