TRIAX TVQ-05 QUATRO Satellite Optical Receiver
The TRIAX TVQ-05 Quatro Satellite Optical Receiver is a high-performance optical-to-RF converter designed for modern fiber-based satellite distribution systems. It converts satellite signals transmitted over fiber optic networks into standard RF coaxial outputs for integration with professional satellite distribution equipment.
The receiver provides four SAT-IF outputs in Quatro configuration, corresponding to the four satellite polarities and frequency bands:
• VL – Vertical Low
• HL – Horizontal Low
• VH – Vertical High
• HH – Horizontal High
This configuration makes the TRIAX TVQ-05 optical receiver ideal for connection to a multiswitch system in professional SMATV installations, hotels, residential buildings, and large TV distribution networks.
The unit can also support terrestrial TV and radio signals when combined signals are transmitted within the optical feed, enabling flexible integration in fiber-based TV distribution infrastructures.
